Using Lotser
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Lotser. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your sign-in link and must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Home profiles and claims
Only claim a home when you have a legitimate ownership or authorized-property interest. You may not impersonate an owner, submit fabricated documents, create duplicate profiles, or interfere with verification. Lotser may verify, reject, transfer, hide, or remove a claim to protect owners and the community.
Lotser is not a listing service
A Lotser home profile is not an MLS listing, appraisal, offer, purchase agreement, brokerage agreement, or guarantee that a property is available. “Open to offers” only signals that a homeowner may consider interest. Any transaction requires separate due diligence, professional advice, and legally sufficient agreements.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Lotser a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content is accurate, lawful, and consistent with the Community Guidelines.
Purchase interest and realtor access
Expressing interest does not obligate you to buy, make an offer, or work with anyone. When you affirm the contact notice, approved real estate professionals with qualifying access may receive your contact information and contact you. Realtors are responsible for their licenses, communications, legal compliance, and professional services. Approval by Lotser is not an endorsement.
Sponsored profiles and business advertisements
Eligible county subscribers may optionally publish a professional profile, and local businesses may purchase clearly labeled sponsored placement by county. These placements are promotional content and may be paid, complimentary, or operated by a Lotser-affiliated business. Every advertiser profile is subject to review. Placement is not a Lotser recommendation, ranking, referral, guarantee of visibility, impressions, clicks, calls, leads, sales, or certification of quality. Advertisers control their published business details and must keep all information accurate and lawful.
Paid services
Homeowner and shopper accounts are free. Realtor lead-access products and sponsored business advertising are paid services that show their price and billing period before checkout. Sponsored business subscriptions are billed monthly for one selected county and require both active billing and Lotser approval to appear. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Safety, enforcement, and availability
You may not use Lotser for scams, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, scraping, security attacks, spam, or unauthorized collection of personal information. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or accounts. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
