Community Guidelines
Lotser works when home profiles are genuine, useful, and respectful. These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, reports, and realtor activity.

Be authentic
Claim only homes you own or are authorized to represent. Use accurate addresses and property details. Do not impersonate another person, invent ownership records, manipulate verification, create duplicates, or misrepresent whether a home is open to offers.
Share content you have the right to use
Post your own photos and writing, or content you are authorized to share. Avoid images that expose private documents, access codes, license plates, faces without permission, children's information, or other sensitive details.
Keep it respectful and lawful
Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual or graphic content, illegal material, scams, spam, or discriminatory housing content. Do not target people based on protected characteristics or use Lotser to evade fair-housing or other applicable laws.
Respect contact consent
Purchase interest is not permission for harassment. Realtors may contact only people whose interest was shared through Lotser and must honor opt-outs promptly. Do not sell, republish, scrape, or use lead information for unrelated marketing.
Report problems
Use “Report this home” for false claims, offensive content, scams, or privacy concerns. Give enough detail for a fair review and do not file knowingly false reports. For urgent privacy or safety concerns, email hello@signalmodemedia.com.
How we enforce these rules
Lotser may hide or remove content, request more verification, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve information needed to investigate abuse. We consider context, severity, history, and risk when reviewing a report.
