What is included in the $49 county plan?+
The monthly plan includes consented purchase-interest leads for one county, new eligible leads while the plan is active, dashboard search tools, and an optional sponsored professional profile in that county.
Can I access only one home?+
Yes. A $29 one-time pass provides access to the current consented leads for one home, plus new interest in that home, for 30 days. Availability is limited to three passes per home.
What information does a lead include?+
A lead includes the person's name, email, and the exact home where they chose to share purchase interest. Contact must be respectful and identify Lotser as the source of consent.
Are leads guaranteed?+
No. Lotser does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, exclusivity, responses, transactions, or closings.
Does sponsored mean Lotser recommends me?+
No. Sponsored profiles are paid advertisements. They are labeled clearly and rotate neutrally among eligible subscribers; payment does not create a Lotser endorsement or affect license-review standards.
