Getting startedIs Lotser free?+
Yes. Creating an account, claiming a home, adding photos, browsing, saving homes, watching areas, and privately showing purchase interest are free. Approved real estate professionals can optionally purchase lead access.
Getting startedHow do I create an account?+
Select Sign up / Sign in, enter your email, and use the secure link sent to your inbox. You do not need a ChatGPT, Google, or Facebook account.
Home claimsHow do I claim my home?+
Sign in, select Claim a home, and choose the exact address from the address suggestions. Lotser checks for duplicate profiles and then guides you through ownership verification.
Home claimsWhere is Lotser available?+
Lotser supports residential properties in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Anyone may browse the site or manage a U.S. property while traveling, but properties outside the United States cannot be claimed. Automated ownership-record coverage can vary by county, so some valid U.S. claims may require manual review.
Home claimsWhy is my claim pending?+
A claim can need review when the public owner record, your verified identity, or the address does not match closely enough. Trusts, initials, nicknames, and recent ownership changes can require manual review.
Home claimsWhat if someone else already claimed my home?+
Use the ownership appeal option shown with the duplicate profile. Submit a short explanation and Lotser will review both claims before transferring or rejecting access.
Home profilesHow many photos can I add?+
You can select up to 12 photos at a time and continue adding more to build the home gallery. You can remove your own photos from the home profile at any time.
Home profilesDoes Open to offers mean my home is for sale?+
No. It only means you may consider private interest. A Lotser profile is not an MLS listing, purchase agreement, appraisal, or promise to sell.
PrivacyWho can see that I liked a home?+
Saved homes are private. Homeowners see aggregate totals, not the identity of people who saved their home.
PrivacyWhat happens when I select Interested in purchasing?+
Lotser first shows a clear contact notice. If you agree, your name and email may be shared with approved real estate professionals who have access to that home or market. You can withdraw your interest later.
RealtorsAre professionals shown on Lotser recommended?+
No. Profiles labeled Sponsored are paid advertisements included with an eligible county plan. They rotate neutrally among participating professionals and do not represent a Lotser ranking or endorsement.
RealtorsHow does realtor lead access work?+
A real estate professional first submits an application. After approval, they can choose $49 per month for an available county market or purchase a $29 single-home pass. Prices are shown again before Stripe checkout.
RealtorsHow do I manage or cancel billing?+
Open Realtor leads while signed in and select Manage billing. Stripe's secure billing portal shows the active plan, payment method, invoices, and cancellation options.
SafetyHow do I report a false claim or offensive content?+
Open the home and select Report this home. Choose the reason and add helpful details. Reports are private and reviewed by Lotser.
